Professional Development
Invest in Yourself—Because Your Growth Supports the Families You Serve.
Through professional development trainings and supervision, Kyle supports those working with young children and families in deepening their skills, reflection, and effectiveness. Just as her clinical work centers the relationship as the client, she brings this same lens to supervision and training, fostering connection, insight, and growth in your professional journey.
Reflective Supervision/Consultation
RS/C is ideal for those working with families (clinicians, consultants, educators, case workers etc), wishing to invest in both the well-being of the professional and the families they serve. Our time together will be consistent, virtual or in person, lasting 1-1.5 hours monthly or bi-weekly. Group or individual services are an option.

Located in Grand County, Colorado, I offer virtual reflective supervision/consultation grounded in relationship and authenticity. I bring a depth of clinical and consultative experience and passion for supporting professionals in early relational health. I meet each supervisee with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that they already hold the wisdom they need to grow. My approach honors the parallel process—creating a safe, reflective space where your voice and experiences are seen, heard, and valued.
Research shows that consistent, high-quality RS/C improves job satisfaction, reduces turnover and enhances the quality of care for the families you serve. It offers a space to process emotions and maintain best practices, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation and cultural humility.
Kyle has been providing Reflective Supervision/Consultation for 10 years, is an endorsed Infant Mental Health Clinical Mentor, supporting clinicians/consultants, early childhood educators, and professionals working towards endorsement. When you invest in your own (or your team’s) reflection and growth, you show up stronger for the children and families who need you.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is ideal for anyone not independently licensed in the state of CO working towards their Licensed Professional Counselor Designation. Our time together will be weekly or bi-weekly supervision, provided through in-person or a virtual platform.

Clinical Supervision is more than a requirement—it’s an opportunity to grow as a confident, competent, and ethical therapist. A strong supervisory relationship fosters clinical insight, self-awareness, and professional identity, ensuring that you develop the skills to provide effective therapy while protecting your own well-being.
Kyle has been providing clinical supervision since 2013. Whether you are a practicum student, intern student or provisionally licensed (LPCC) in Colorado seeking high-quality, reflective and supportive supervision, reach out to explore a supervision plan tailored to your needs. Your growth as a clinician starts here.
